Title ; Terrible holiday trip!

This is the worst coach trip to Malaysia ever.On 20th December at around 8:30,i walked out of my house.Reached the bus station at 8:55 and bought three 9:00 ticket.My aunt,sis and I went for a 5mins breakfast.After we finish,we straight away look for the correct coach and went up.Then a terrible thing happens......
We got seat A1,B2 and C3,my sis and i settled down on seat B2 and C3.When we have focus our sight on seat A1, we realized that there was another person with a ticket written seat A1.We told the person-in-charge but he told us to wait.we waited and waited till 9:30.At last,we knew what was the cause problem,the problem is that they never arranged properly.At that time the bus is overloaded,not only us there was still two more person without seat.Soon,they switch us into another bus which is much more older and smaller.All the problems were settled at around 10:00,we bought a 9:00 ticket but set off at 10:00.we were like so pissed off.
